whois od Sysinternals

Je kdo kje zasledil, zakaj whois od Sysinternals izvede več zaporednih oz. ponovljenih queryjev (posledično včasih blokira dostop, too many queries ipd.)? To se dogaja v verziji 1.20 in še eni prej - pred tem je bilo normalno, en query in konec.
Čudno se mi zdi, da ne bi tega popravili, ker traja že nekaj časa.

Server. Npr. poizvedba po domeni najprej zalaufa Connecting to NET.whois-servers.net, sledi Connecting to whois.internet.bs, ki ga naredi 5x zapored (z rezultati), nakar server seveda v 6 poskusu izpise:

Ne vem, zakaj bi sploh moral delati zaporedne queryje po tem, ko ze v prvem (oz. drugem) pridobi vse informacije.

Ce npr. pogledam domeno 24ur.com, ponovitev ni, medtem ko se za slo-tech.com, sploh ne neha (Connecting to WHOIS.ENOM.COM... ponavlja v nedogled, dokler rocno ne prekines):
