You can't get rid of it unless you do a hard reset, but don't ever try HR just get rid of this app you will lose OVI store and there is no way you could get it back. "Lock when SIM changed" option should be diabled in the phone itself under security settings.

Because it's a phone and sim security password you need to have the sim that was present with the phone when you entered the password. I hated F Secure and removed it within a week of getting the E7, simply turned it off and deleted like any other app ! Did the same with World traveller, but had a nightmare getting rid orf the locked internet access point

First uninstall Security Engine, then uninstall Mobile Security.
