[Access] nekaj manjka

Imam en simple access based .net app, ki preverjeno deluje na normal install winsih (xp, 7). Pognati ga hočem na trimmed down xpjih (eeepc), a dobim tole cvetko:

Najbolj pameten nasvet, ki sem ga dobil z googlom je "reinstall os". Right.
Prepričan sem, da manjka le nek dll ... mi zna kdo namignit, kater? msjet40.dll je prisoten, pravtako sem brez uspeha namestil ms access engine 2010.
