Javascript - izračun razlike v datumih

Delam spletno stran v Javascriptu, ki bi mi ob vnosu dveh datumov, izpisala (izračunala) razliko med dvema datumoma. Za vnos podatkov bi se morala videti dve možnosti za vnos, za vsak datum posebej.
Izpis obeh datumov in rezultata se naj v obliki "document.write ("Razlika med" + datum1 + "in" + datum 2 + "je" + razultat1 + "dni"), izpiše rezulta. Vnos podatkov pa se naj opravi z miško. Ob kliku vnosa se bi morala sprožiti funkcija izračuna brez gumba "izračunaj". Če pa ne vnesem novga datuma pa se obstoječi ne upošteva.
Rabil bi tudi gumb RESET, da bi se vsi vnešeni datumi postavili nazaj na 1.1.2010. To je izhodišni položaj.

Problem, ki ga imam je kako iz skripta - funkcije DateInput('orederdate', true) in DateInput('datum2', true) dobiti spremenjivki "orederdate" in "datum2", ki bi jih lahko nato vstavil v stavek new Date (2010,6,30) namesto števil 2010, 6, 30 in v stavek new Date (2010,0,1) namesto števil 2010, 0, 1, ki prestavljata spremenjiviki.
Če bi to vedel, potem več nebi bilo teževe, saj nato naprej bi mi šlo napisati zadevo za razliko datumov, ki zgleda nekako tako.

Naredil sem še funkcijo Reset, ki pa mi resetira samo mesec in dan, ne resetira pa mi leta. Na primer nastavim na 10.1.2011, ko sprožim funkcijo reset se spremeni le mesec in dan ne pa tudi leto (ostane 30.7.2011 namesto 30.7.2010 - today). Kaj je v spodnji funkciji narobe, da ne ponastavi tudi leta iz 2011 na 2010?
