Make these changes to your firewall, and you'll soon be locating your online compadres with the best of them. If there's still no joy in logging on after you fiddle with the firewall modifications, post in the Technical Support - OPEN forum. Be sure to include pertinent information on your firewall (the brand, model, and software version number), and we'll toil with you until the problem is fixed.
