Kolko sem razumel, gre za to, da so obsežno zbirali podatke o plačilih z EC (bankomat/Maestro, če prav razumem).
En cilj je, da pri blagajni sistem pove, ali stranki sprejme plačilo s kartico s podpisom, ali pa zahteva tudi PIN.

Založba Heise dosegla zmago glede objave linka na www.slysoft.com v online članku.

Ko je pred leti v članku o programu AnyDVD objavil tudi link www.slysoft.com , si je nakupal tožbe velikih založb (Sony, BMG,...). Po žongliranju po raznih nemških sodiščih je oktobra letos BGH (Der Bundesgerichtshof) razsodil, da je objava linka OK.
