Opis delovnega mesta
We are looking for a proactive and technically oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our Customer Success team and support existing clients with ongoing Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success Lead, consultants, and developers, handling day-to-day technical tasks for customer Salesforce environments. Your focus will be on configuring and improving Salesforce solutions, resolving support requests, and ensuring systems run smoothly in line with agreed SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical Salesforce support for existing customers as part of the Customer Success team
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, user permissions, etc.)
- Coordinate, delegate, and resolve support tickets from the Case Queue in line with SLAs and internal priorities
- Assist with system improvements, optimizations, and minor enhancements based on customer needs
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration notes
- Prepare and present themes for Customer Success webinars
- Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and strategic alignment
Od kandidatov zahtevamo
- Basic understanding of service and support processes
- Experience with technical administration of IT systems (user permissions, process configuration, working with databases)
- Technical resourcefulness, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Slovenian and English
It is a plus if you:
- Have experience working with ERP, CRM or HRM systems, preferably in a Customer Success, Support, Admin, or Consultant role
- Already have knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Understand programming principles and databases (SQL, HTML, CSS)
