In this role, you will:
- Design and build the cloud infrastructure that powers Soniox's real-time speech and translation products.
- Create abstractions and tooling that accelerate development while maintaining performance and security.
- Ensure our systems scale reliably across increasing workloads and global traffic.
- Contribute to high-availability and observability standards, including being part of an on-call rotation for critical systems.

You might thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience building and maintaining core infrastructure in production environments.
- Have deep knowledge of Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems at scale.
- Have built internal platforms or abstractions over cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
- Care deeply about performance, reliability, and secure-by-default infrastructure.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in an environment with rapid iteration and evolving goals.
