Laravel/Filament PHP developer @ DataLinx

Opis delovnega mesta

We are hiring a PHP developer to work on projects based on our own Laravel and Filament PHP-based platform, which we use to develop web apps for our customers, mostly in the field of e-commerce.

The bulk of the app will be open-source, so your work can get more exposure and be publicly available for review on GitHub. It’s a great way to build your development portfolio.

Your tasks will be based on your experience and confidence, ranging from porting features from the legacy app, to developing entirely new features, including Filament plugins/components.

The team is currently composed of a senior developer, designer, part-time CEO and copywriter/digital marketer, and are looking to add a full-time or part-time (freelance) developer.

For full-time employment with social security (pension, health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, maternity leave…), only candidates from Slovenia will be considered.
We all work remotely, but we also have an office in Izola (Slovenia) where you can work from, if this suits you better. We have a private car parking, coffee machine, conference room with interactive TV…

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

- Good knowledge of Laravel, PHP and SQL (MySQL/MariaDB)
- OOP, PSR, Unit/integration testing
- Basics of Git, SSH
- Basics of JS/HTML/CSS
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Accuracy in programming, care for consistent code and adherence to written development guidelines
- Excellent communication in the English language, in which we learn and write documentation

Bonus points:
- Experience with creating applications and plugins based on Filament PHP
- Tailwind CSS, LiveWire
- Experience with DevOps (Docker, Lando, GitHub actions…)
- Planning and optimization of SQL structures/queries
- Server basics for Ubuntu Server, Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB
- Experience with n8n
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and SAOP iCenter (major ERP in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia)
- Experience with e-commerce projects
- Past remote work, with which you can confirm that this way of working suits you

Kandidatom ponujamo

- Regular employment for an indefinite period with a trial period of 3 months, or cooperation with a freelancer by signing a contract for at least 100 hours per month (or less, if you are more experienced or a specialist)
- Regular salary starting from €2,000 gross upwards for full-time employment, depending on relevant experience, plus lunch and travel expenses (if incurred) *
- All hardware and software necessary for work (laptop, dock, additional screen, PhpStorm + AI...) *
