You will be joining a team of React experts responsible for the continuous development and architectural evolution of a suite of modern Microsoft 365 enterprise applications, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as our team expands.

Our team works on several enterprise solutions with recent code bases, using modern frameworks and tools in order to contribute with its design and architectural decisions. We are very open to new ideas and approaches to solve problems efficiently. By using tools or frameworks to enhance the end product, we also support developers to be more efficient and deliver better quality.

We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged people, who already bring a solid fundament. Since technologies are changing fast, specific framework experience is not a must, but it is the right working attitude we are looking for.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

As a Microsoft 365 developer you are proficient in Microsoft identity, Microsoft Graph, and building apps for Microsoft Teams. You have a general knowledge on UI elements (including Fluent UI) and integration points (like Office Add-ins, SharePoint Framework, Actionable Messages).

Your Tasks
- Close collaboration with the internal and external team to design and implement custom solutions
- Work directly with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions through the whole solution lifecycle
- Provide technical consulting for React based solutions
- Design system architecture that aligns with client requirements
- Document technical solutions and knowledge for clients and internal use
- Active participation in meetings as well as presenting new suggestions, strategies, technologies and ideas

Your Skills
- Solid knowledge of React
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and passionate about Software Engineering
- Minimum five years of professional work experience (preferably with enterprise-level software)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured and independent way of working

Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with MSAL and MS Graph
- Agile development enthusiasm
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
