To strengthen internal operations, iSYSTEM Labs is establishing a dedicated Business Applications team focused on developing and maintaining core business applications built on Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central.

Make your mark on our success: We're searching for a talented Salesforce Specialist to propel our business forward.

This role requires a skilled individual to act as the central point of contact for iSYSTEM Labs clients throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with iSYSTEM Labs client stakeholders to gather requirements, define project deliverables, and set clear expectations.
- Facilitate open communication and manage client expectations throughout the project.

2. Solution Architect:
- Analyze and translate iSYSTEM Labs business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions, leveraging the platform's capabilities effectively.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes using Salesforce functionalities.

3. Integration Management:
- Lead technical discussions and sessions with external Salesforce integrators.
- Evaluate proposed solutions against iSYSTEM Labs business objectives, identifying potential gaps and ensuring alignment with desired outcomes.
- Bridge the communication between the client and the integrator for seamless project execution.

Your profile:
- Experience with Salesforce implementations and best practices.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and effectively collaborate with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying process gaps and optimizing solutions.
- Active English
- Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce.com product certifications
