We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software applications' overall quality, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, DevOps, and Project managers) to identify issues, verify fixes, and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (mostly for the graphical user interface) to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, to identify and report defects and issues.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results, identifying patterns and trends to improve overall product quality.
- Report and track defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and enhancements based on testing results and user feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to perform root cause analysis of defects and ensure they are properly addressed in future development cycles.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and tools related to quality assurance and testing.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

That is what you bring along:

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Our company is subject to the "Collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of services in automatic data processing and information technology". Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a salary range from €42,000 to €60,000 per year or other contract agreements.
