Ever wonder how Spotify creates ads that look as stunning in English as in Arabic? How Adidas generates beautifully crafted dynamic creatives for tens of thousands of products? Or how Warner Bros shows billions of ads across the globe on mobile phones, websites, and even TV within milliseconds? The software we create here at Celtra makes this as easy as pie, and we need your help!

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to join us on the journey of building a scalable and intuitive product.

1. What kind of tech stack do we use?
We use various tools to craft our products. On the backend, you can find Scala, NodeJS, PHP, MySQL, Spark, Snowflake, and also Go, MongoDB, Kinesis. On the frontend, we use Vue.js and Vanilla JS when needed. Everything runs on the AWS cloud, and the Kubernetes (soon ECS) cluster orchestrates it. We also love CI/CD, IaC and do daily deployments to ensure your contributions see the light of day as soon as the QA team is happy.

2. Your responsibilities:
- Proactively accelerating and unblocking projects.
- Coming up with ideas that can have a significant business impact and executes a proof of concept.
- Mentoring team members and fostering technical growth by knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Be the technical go-to person for your team and stakeholders.
- Drive an engineering culture of quality, good development principles and innovation from inside your team.
- Being responsible for a part of the product codebase, implementing best engineering practices.
- Be in contact with our clients regularly, actively presenting at sales, onboarding and client feedback calls & sessions.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Preferred skill set:
- Extensive experience in programming and following modern software development processes.
- Over 2 years of experience as a Senior/Lead Software Developer, with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams to tackle complex problems and coordinating implementation of features with stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level developers.
- Experience in driving engineering initiatives and improvements.
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration (ideally Docker and Kubernetes) in a cloud environment (ideally AWS).
- Strong written and spoken English.
