Opis delovnega mesta

-Design and develop the user experience and high-fidelity designs for our mobile, desktop, and web experiences
-Collaborate with the Product Owners, engineering team, and leadership to understand needs and provide innovative solutions for mobile user experience
-Provide thought leadership on the best practices and innovative design patterns to deliver unique user experience features for financial wallet, communication, and identity wallet.
-Participate in all phases of the development process, from initial ideation through final testing and deployment
-Translate conceptual ideas and high-level requirements into wireframes, user flows and designs to hand off to our engineering team and collaborate for implementation
-Create clean, finalized graphics, icons, and other assets for project implementations, including responsive websites, iOS, and Android apps

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

-At least 5 years of professional experience in a UI/UX role within fast-paced environments
-Expert-level proficiency with Figma
-Technically savvy. You can talk and work with developers and solve problems for users
-Proficiency in UX designing for mobile-first platforms, with an understanding of best practices and technical limitations
-Ability to synthesize user testing into clear guidance for team members, developers, and others
-Strong attention to details
-Strong English proficiency is a must

Desired additional skills:

-Strong proficiency in designing for a variety of interactive applications: websites, email marketing, digital presentations and documents, social media profiles, mobile applications, etc.
-Knowledge of web design processes and brand experience
-Experience creating cohesive external marketing campaigns

-People who are enthusiastic about everything about WEB 3.0 (SSI, Blockchain, Crypto, Smart contracts, etc).
-A senior product designer who conducts critical task reviews can also prioritize tasks correctly and anticipates blockers, delays, and costs before they escalate. This designer should also be able to handle -risks and change effectively.
-A teammate who can deliver praise and constructive feedback to the team and other team members. A person who can communicate effectively and clearly in written and verbal forms of communication, regarding technical and non-technical subjects.
-A colleague who is goal and team-oriented and is willing to mentor the team members in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathic manner.
