Frontend Engineer (mid/senior) - CE Production Team (m/f/d) -- brisan oglas

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join the Production team of our largest product (Celtra CE) who will help us improve our management platform experience and improve user productivity.

1. Who will you be joining?
We are a small team consisting of 4 engineers of various levels, together with dedicated PM and QA engineer. On customer-facing projects, we also collaborate with a dedicated CE designer.

2. What is our team responsible for?
We are responsible for creating ads via different tools, be it our custom WYSIWYG editor or Ad Wizard that works on templates. Additionally, our team is responsible for the dynamic capabilities of our creatives. Our goal is to streamline the production of creatives as much as possible.

3. What are the challenges ahead?
Platformization of our tool - offers custom integrations that our clients develop on their end
Enhance and improve our Feed Editor (Google sheet with more capabilities)
Migration of code to Vue.js (and possibly migration to Vue3)
Maintain and improve custom WYSIWYG editor and Ad Wizard

4. What kind of tech stack do we use?
Given that Creative Enablement is an older product, you can expect to find a mix of both older and newer technologies. On frontend we have a mix of Vue.js and Less and some part of old Backbone/Coffescript remainings. On backend, you can find Scala, NodeJS, PHP, MySQL, Spark, Snowflake, and also Go, MongoDB, Kinesis. Everything runs on the AWS cloud, and the Kubernetes cluster orchestrates it.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

1. Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Few years of experience in at least one of modern JS frameworks (Vue, React, Angular)
- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good team-collaboration skills
- Fluent in English

2. We appreciate:
- Experience with Web Development for Mobile Devices
- Experience with different automated tests approaches
- Desire to share knowledge either via mentorship, internal or external meetups
- UI/UX experience
- Not afraid to check and fix smaller backend issues
- Developer knowledge of SQL
