Databox, a fast-growing software company that helps other companies monitor and improve their business performance, is looking for a Project Manager to help us manage projects across different product and engineering teams.

Databox is disrupting the $16B Business Analytics and Intelligence by providing a free-to-start, easy-to-setup option for small and medium-sized businesses who want to track performance metrics from popular business software tools in one application on any device. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires passion for products, effective & consistent communication with all team members, and personal integrity for building mutual trust and respect.

As a Product Manager you will:

- Contribute to the product vision, strategy and road map for the product
- Prepare product requirements and specifications documents
- Gather, manage, and prioritize requirements from different stakeholders
- Bring customer to the table by articulating customer needs and pains
- Putting yourself in the skin of a customer and never stop thinking about how to make the product ever better and easier to use
- Coordinate assistance from other teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing)
- Communicate closely with all team members and stakeholders
- Develop the business case for new products and improvements to existing products
- Identify the market opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will excel at the following:

- Understanding product development lifecycle
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Understanding both business strategy and execution
- Knowing to define success, for the customer and the product, by prioritizing doing what is right over doing what is easy
- Working effectively with engineers, participating in things like bug prioritization and scoping meetings
- Problem-solving skills and dealing with uncertainty and unknown situations
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Confidence presenting and regularly reporting on initiatives across all levels of the organization

The right candidate for this position should be located near Ptuj, Slovenia.
