Databox, a fast-growing software company that helps other companies monitor and improve their business performance, is looking for a Project Manager to help us manage projects across different product and engineering teams.


Databox is disrupting the $16B Business Analytics and Intelligence by providing a free-to-start, easy-to-setup option for small and medium-sized businesses who want to track performance metrics from popular business software tools in one application on any device. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires passion for products, effective & consistent communication with all team members, and personal integrity for building mutual trust and respect.

As a Product Manager you will:

Contribute to the product vision, strategy and road map for the product
Prepare product requirements and specifications documents
Gather, manage, and prioritize requirements from different stakeholders
Bring customer to the table by articulating customer needs and pains
Putting yourself in the skin of a customer and never stop thinking about how to make the product ever better and easier to use
Coordinate assistance from other teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing)
Communicate closely with all team members and stakeholders
Develop the business case for new products and improvements to existing products
Identify the market opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will excel at the following:

Understanding product development lifecycle
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Understanding both business strategy and execution
Knowing to define success, for the customer and the product, by prioritizing doing what is right over doing what is easy
Working effectively with engineers, participating in things like bug prioritization and scoping meetings
Problem-solving skills and dealing with uncertainty and unknown situations
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically
Confidence presenting and regularly reporting on initiatives across all levels of the organization

The right candidate for this position should be located near Ptuj, Slovenia.
