The Data Insights team at Celtra is looking for a senior or lead DWH engineer to take full ownership of the whole data organization and tech stack for business analytics & data science. We are calling for an agile hacker of both ad-hoc solutions as well as reliable and scalable data systems, who understands both traditional and modern data paradigms & analytical processes.

You will be moving fast with new Celtra product architecture, ensuring reliable data to empower key decision-makers. You will collaborate with several product development teams, DevOps, IT, other departments using dedicated software, and data analysts and scientists within Data Insights. This is a new strategic position progressing into technical leadership for all architecture, systems, and processes for collecting, storing, and utilizing data across all levels of Celtra.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role, focused on handling data and data systems
Degree in IT, computer science, engineering, statistics, or other related field
Full-stack knowledge: data collection, processing, storage, quality, access
Experience with analytical & data science requirements for business decisioning
Highly motivated, innovative, proactive, can-do attitude, team player
