At Greymatters we are looking for a Project Manager to fill newly opened position and join our expanding team in our offices in Ljubljana.

+TL;DR; 1x Project Manager, Range 1.500 € - 2.000 € net salary, permanent employment (or full-time contract) with 3-month trial period, one of the tallest offices in Ljubljana.

+PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with clients to understand the project needs and expectations
Create project plan, milestones and tasks needed to accomplish the project goals
Allocate tasks to developers and QA team
Oversee project progress and remove blockers or bottlenecks
Coordinate with development & QA teams – both in-house and remote
Prepare time sheets, briefs and project reports
Deliver project milestones on time and under budget
Communicate on regular basis with Greymatters management team

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

+PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

With past hands-on experience in technical side – e.g. developing software (one or more of the following such as .NET, Java, etc.)
2+ years of experience in similar roles (that said, we will certainly entertain promising candidates who exhibit skills and will to manage projects)
Care for creating a productive environment
Good English language skills
Good soft skills to communicate with clients and internal (or remote) development teams
Organised, structured and disciplined way of working with efficient time management skills
Care for quality and every step
Occasional onsite visits to Switzerland and Germany
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI)

Kandidatom ponujamo

+WHAT DO WE OFFER?

A respectable payment from 1,500.00 € to 2,000.00 € net, depending on your seniority and fit
Permanent employment (or full-time contract) in the Slovenian company Greymatters d.o.o. with 3-month trial period
Salary on every 25th of the month for the current month
Offices in one of the tallest buildings in the heart of Ljubljana
