We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer that will help us solve for our IT challenges across the organization and will be the working with business and technology facing teams to help shape and improve the operability of our systems and services.

Responsibilities:
Manage and improve employee provisioning and de-provisioning process.
Administration of SaaS systems (configuration, access control, etc.) across organization.
Work with local IT help team on escalations and projects.
Help standardize and streamline global security and other IT practices.
Manage and support all compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, Client Questionnaires, ...) activities related to IT.
Support and configure office networks and servers.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Systematic, but also pragmatic attitude.
Great troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of IT problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
Experience with complex enterprise systems a-la Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a team or independently with great efficiency.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Familiarity with:
SSO systems & OAuth;
Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.

What brings extra points?
Familiarity with G Suite administration.
Experience with documenting processes and procedures, IT audits and standards like ISO 27001.
Networking experience (CCNA level)
