Združljivost sata 150 in sata 300

Zanima me če je Sata 2 (sata 300) nazaj združljiva z sato 1 (sata 150)? Sam sem da sedaj uporabljal sata 1 sedaj ko mi je disk odpovedal težko najdem nove diske sata 1 po sprejemljivi ceni, zato me zanime če lahko namesto sata 1 uporabim sata 2.

A lahko vprašam kako to naredim? A je kako fizično stikalo na disku s katerim preklapljam? Ali je to kaka nastavitev v biosu?
