Ne rabiš programa.
V start/run napišeš "msconfig". V oknu pod startup pobrišeš vse, kar ne rabiš ali pa se ti ne zdi potrebno, da se zaganja ob zagonu sistema.
V start/run napišeš "compmgmt.msc", pod services and applications -> services onemogočiš in ustaviš kar se ti pač ne zdi pomembno. Takole imam jaz - klik.

Pa preskeniraj sistem s kakšnim iskalcem golazni, recimo s Spybot-om.

TASKKILL [/S system [/U username [/P [password]]]]
{ [/FI filter] [/PID processid | /IM imagename] } [/F] [/T]

Description:
This command line tool can be used to end one or more processes.
Processes can be killed by the process id or image name.

can be used to specify all image names.

/T Tree kill: terminates the specified process
and any child processes which were started by it.

NOTE: Termination of remote processes will always be done forcefully
irrespective of whether /F option is specified or not.

Z temi ne ubijaš samo procese in servise, skoraj vse.
