We are InfinCUBE, a Slovenian company established in 2016, with subsidiaries in Slovenia (Ljubljana) and Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City). We are a young and enthusiastic team, specializing in the development of complex cloud solutions.

InfinCUBE is developing 2 standalone products: SimpliSan (https://simpli-san.de) and Floin (https://floin.com). We are looking for reinforcements on the Floin product, which is a Liechtenstein-based FinTech startup, creating a new home for digital assets to provide a safe and enjoyable experience with buying, selling, and storing tokens. This new ecosystem is complemented by a revolutionary marketplace where consumers can find the most exciting tokenized projects.

We are looking for a senior full stack developer dedicated to enhancing our top-tier blockchain platform, with a strong emphasis on security, performance, and compliance.

Challenges
* Integrating with leading payment systems, crypto platforms, investment platforms, blockchains, ...
* Building blockchain based financial products: staking, investing, tokenizing, ...
* Building compliance tools: suspicious transaction detection systems (fraud, anti-money laundering, ...), cross-platform KYC and KYB, alerting, ...
* Building management tools for: users and orders, contracts and sales commissions, ...
* Collaborating with the DevOps team to develop a stable, scalable and secure system.
* Automating and optimizing performance of complex business flows.

Tech stack
* Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React Native
* FastAPI, PonyORM, Node.js, Kafka, Web3py, ethers.js
* Redis, PostgreSQL
* Event-driven architecture, microservices

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

What we are looking for:
* 8+ years of experience with full stack web development.
* Ability to write maintainable and well-tested code.
* Ability to take business requirements and turn them into a solution.
* Great communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
* Experience with managing smaller projects.

We appreciate (not mandatory):
* Experience with blockchain technologies and products.
* Experience with the technologies in our tech stack.
* Experience with managing a smaller team (2 - 3 devs).
* Proactively learning and applying knowledge about software engineering strategies, standards, and processes.
* Experience working in an established product development system.

Kandidatom ponujamo

What we are offering?
* Full-time employment 5.000+ EUR bruto.
* Equity program - you get shares of both InfinCUBE projects (Floin and SimpliSan).
* Christmas bonus + max allowance for annual leave (aka max. "regres").
* A remote or in-office working environment in Ljubljana (min. 1 office day per week).
* Office budget of 500 EUR without tax.
