Are you ready to make an impact with your Microsoft expertise? We are looking for a Microsoft Consultant who takes ownership of customer environments, drives improvements, and ensures stable and secure solutions.

You will be employed by Open Line Vitaly, part of Consica, and work as an integrated part of Open Line, the Netherlands' leading managed services provider. In this setup, you work close to both the customer and the technology, with direct influence on outcomes.

THE ROLE:
In this role, you are responsible for delivering and operating Managed Cloud environments for a defined set of customers. You ensure Microsoft environments are secure, stable, and efficient, while continuously improving performance and quality. You work across both traditional infrastructure and modern workplace solutions and contribute to migrations, optimizations, and the adoption of new technologies.
The Team: You will be part of a customer-focused team that operates as an extension of Open Line’s organization. The team owns its environments end-to-end and works closely together to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Collaboration is direct and hands-on, with clear ownership and a strong focus on technical quality. You work alongside Microsoft Consultants and other IT specialists, supported by a Team Manager and coordinated in daily operations by a Team Coordinator.

AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft environments
- Ensure stability, security, and performance in daily operations
- Support customer improvement initiatives and migrations
- Translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize environments
- Ensure alignment with best practices and standards

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

- Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Have 4+ years of experience managing Microsoft environments, with strong expertise in both classic and modern workplace setups.
- Are a problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay motivated by keeping systems secure, updated, and ahead of the curve.
- Are eager to maintain and earn certifications, such as Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Security.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Work effectively in team settings, including remote collaboration.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service orientation.
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
