We are building and scaling the global supply chain intelligence platform for the circular and biobased industry. We have the domain experts, PhD AI scientists, and the massive datasets. We are looking for a Data Product Engineer who is willing to build. You are the bridge between our raw data and our customers. Your job is to solve hard technical problems and deliver value to our customers through new features and custom solutions.

The Mindset we need:
- Value > Hype: You don't care if the solution is a complex Neural Network or a simple Regex script. If it solves the user's problem faster, you ship it.
- High Agency: You don't wait for a ticket. If you see a broken scraper, you fix it. If you need to parse 10,000 PDFs, you figure out the tools and get it done.
- Shipper: You define "Done" as "Running in Production," not "Working on my laptop."

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Must-haves:
- Strong Python Engineering: You can build APIs (FastAPI/Django) and backend services that scale.
- LLM Engineering (Applied): You know how to use LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Open Source) as tools. You can build RAG systems and extraction pipelines, but you don't waste time trying to "reinvent the wheel.
- Scrappy Data Skills: Web scraping, PDF parsing, OCR, and handling unstructured text data.
- The "Swiss Army Knife" Factor: Database optimisation, basic DevOps, or writing a quick frontend for an internal tool—you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
