Tesorai is building a next-generation AI platform for analyzing large-scale life science and drug discovery datasets. We focus on pulling real signal out of messy, noisy biological data—and turning it into insights researchers can use for developing new disease biomarkers and therapeutics. We’re a small, fast-moving, highly technical, ex-Alphabet team with deep roots in AI, cloud infrastructure, and life sciences. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves building real systems and wants to own cloud-native data pipelines at scale. You’ll design and run the infrastructure that powers our AI and LLM-driven workflows, handling everything from raw data ingestion to production-grade analysis. This role comes with technical leadership, and real responsibility and influence—but it’s still very much a hands-on IC role. You’ll be writing production code regularly, designing & making architectural decisions, and guiding the team move faster as we grow.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

* 5+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong experience building cloud-based data pipelines for large datasets
* Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS (both is a big plus)
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and data processing
* Experience working with or integrating LLMs into real systems
* Strong Python skills (additional languages are a plus)
* Great communication skills and comfort leading projects end-to-end
* A builder mindset: you like ownership, responsibility, and getting things done
* Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where things evolve quickly
