Blocksi is a leading EdTech company dedicated to providing innovative classroom management and student safety solutions for K-12 schools worldwide. Our cloud-based platform helps teachers manage classrooms and protects students from online threats using advanced AI. We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our engineering team. You will work closely with Developers, QA, and Product Owners to foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Run daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives efficiently.
Actively identify and block issues that distract the team or slow down development.
Guide the team in Agile principles and practices to ensure self-organization and high performance.
Shield the developers from external interruptions during the sprint.
Managing the schedule to ensure the project finishes on time.
Managing expectations when requests are unrealistic.
Work with Product Managers/Owners to ensure the backlog is refined and ready for the team.

We are looking:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Developer who wants to migrate to a Scrum Master role.
Great communication skills (English is a must) and the ability to resolve conflicts, problem solving, organized, proactive and a great leader.
Experience with Jira/Confluence.
Bonus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM I certification.
Bonus: Technical background (understanding of SaaS, Cloud) is a plus, but coding is not required.
