The Backend Developer will support the modernization of existing solutions and the development of new ones. This work will enhance the experience of our internal users in performing their tasks and provide external clients with access to integrity-related data.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Maintaining existing Java applications & components.
- Contribute to developing new functionalities, all deployed to AWS.
- Make the system more secure, stable, and efficient.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

ABOUT YOU:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in software development (or relevant experience).
- 1-4 years of professional experience with the Java ecosystem of a similar programming language.
- Experience working with distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud, containers, and messaging technologies is considered a plus.
- Focus on writing maintainable and well-tested code.
- Being supportive of your colleagues and helping them when needed.
- Effective communication skills must be fluent in English.

- Technical Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your technical skills.
- Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
