At Soniox, we're building the most advanced real-time speech AI infrastructure in the world, and we're looking for Research scientists who want to push the boundaries of what's possible in machine learning.

As a Research scientist at Soniox, you'll drive cutting-edge research and translate new ideas into models that power real-world applications, from live multilingual translation to voice-driven reasoning. You'll work in close collaboration with engineers and product teams to ensure that research breakthroughs make it into production, fast.

In this role, you will:
- Develop novel machine learning methods, especially in deep learning, speech, and language modeling.
- Own and pursue ambitious research agendas from initial idea to working system.
- Collaborate across the organization to align scientific exploration with product needs.
- Publish high-quality work internally or externally, as appropriate, and contribute to the broader AI community.
- Build scalable, high-performance implementations that run in real-time environments.
