- The job: As a Microsoft Consultant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality Managed Cloud environments for Open Line’s customers. In addition to managing Microsoft environments, you’ll have the chance to work on customer improvement projects, implement and maintain advanced technologies, and support modern workplace solutions. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our customers’ success and satisfaction.

- The team: You’ll be part of a team closely integrated into Open Line’s daily operations. As the leading managed services provider in the Netherlands, Open Line offers a collaborative environment where you’ll work within multidisciplinary teams, each responsible for supporting a group of customers. You’ll collaborate with other Microsoft Consultants and IT professionals, with a Team Manager overseeing the team and a Team Coordinator ensuring the efficient distribution of tasks.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

You are a perfect fit if you:

- Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft environments, with strong expertise in both classic and modern workplace setups.
- Are a problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay motivated by keeping systems secure, updated, and ahead of the curve.
- Are eager to maintain and earn certifications, such as Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Security.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Work effectively in team settings, including remote collaboration.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service orientation.
- Excel in analytical thinking and have exceptional troubleshooting abilities.

Kandidatom ponujamo

Full-time employment for an indefinite period with 6 months trial period. This is a hybrid position, which means that some days you will be required to work in the Ljubljana office. On other days, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from home or another location.
