Od kandidatov zahtevamo

What you will do
-Be responsible for the UI/UX Design of our eMobility solution
-Be part and collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers of the Scrum team
-Represent the customer's point of view by breaking down user problems and complex systems and translate them into easy-to-use interfaces.
-Create wireframes and mock-ups that illustrate user flows and concepts
-Translate feature requirements into useful and intuitive designs that provide a great experience to your users
-Ensure holistic and consistent design solutions across the product
-Build components, from simple to flexible/ nested ones
-Create prototypes, from low to high-fidelity

What we are looking for
-We are on the hunt for a collaborative and engaged individual who can interact with our data engineers/scientists and front-end engineers, forming a bridge that enhances the synergy within our tech department.
-You are a strong designer with a good understanding of complex product structures and complex user flows
-You have experience with web products
-You possess 2-3 years of practical experience in UI/UX Design
-You have a strong track record of using Figma & Figma Prototyping
-You have experience with B2B designs
-You are used to using collaboration tools like FigJam
-You have first experience in creating design libraries and maintaining them
-You have a good understanding of product thinking
-You are highly motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
-You have history of consistently delivering high-quality work within specified timelines as a trustworthy team member
-You are comfortable speaking in English
