• Work directly with Amazon Web Service architects to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
• Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how our customers use our services
• Drive customer communication during critical events

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Systems Administration (Windows 2003 / 2008)
• Experience in Windows Related Applications, particularly IIS
• Experience in Active Directory Administration and Clustering
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• A very strong customer focus
• Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
• Be a self-starter who is excited about technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Support / Troubleshooting experience
• Exposure to SQL Administration
• Exposure to VBScript/PowerShell/ASP/C# scripting
• Exposure to Exchange Server Rollout and Administration
• Experience in IP Networking
• Understanding of Virtualization Technologies
• Understanding of Cloud services
