The Company
Databox, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps other companies monitor and improve their business performance, is looking for a Product Manager to manage projects across different Product and Engineering teams.

The Team
Our Product and Engineering team has over 35 members with extensive experience in UI/UX design, frontend/mobile/backend development, product growth, and analytics. We build our product and features from scratch using the latest technologies. The role of a Product Manager is perfect for you if you want to be part of creating a product that is loved by thousands of customers worldwide.

The Role
The role of a Product Manager is highly collaborative and requires a passion for products, effective & consistent communication with all team members, and personal integrity for building mutual trust and respect.

The Work
Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and road map for the product
Prepare product requirements and specifications documents
Gather, manage, and prioritize requirements from different stakeholders
Bring the customer to the table by articulating their needs and pains
Putting yourself in the customer's shoes never stop thinking about how to make the product better and easier to use
Coordinate collaboration with other teams (Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
Closely communicate with all team members and stakeholders
Develop a business case for new products and improvements to existing products
Identify market opportunities

Understanding the lifecycle of product development
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Understanding both business strategy and execution
Knowing how to define success for the customer and the product by prioritizing doing what is right over doing what is easy
Working effectively with engineers and participating in bug prioritization and scoping meetings
Problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with uncertainty and unknown situations
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically
Confidence presenting and regularly reporting on initiatives across all levels of the organization
