Are you the person to solve our customers' most critical technical issues?

As our new Technical Supporter, you can work either out of Copenhagen, Denmark or Maribor, Slovenia. You will be part of the Product Development team, working closely with colleagues across our offices in Denmark, Poland, and Slovenia.

As the intermediary between development, customer support and implementation, you have a key role in solving the most critical tasks for our customers. You will also help tamigo's customers use our customer-facing APIs, allowing them to import and export data. You are a part of our cross-functional team of developers, testers, designers, product owners and scrum masters to enhance the performance and accuracy of our product. Your skills in sequence and coding allow you to quickly assess problems and find solutions, while at the same time keeping the big picture in mind. In addition, you will help identify bugs, write custom reports and automate reoccurring tasks.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

We expect that you have:
- 1-2 years of experience as a technical support engineer in an IT company
- A good grasp of SQL
- Software management skills
- A good understanding of how APIs work, as well as knowledge of the difference between XML and JSON
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good communication skills

It's a plus if you also have:
- A relevant technical degree
- Basic knowledge of C#, or a similar programming language
- Some knowledge of IT tools, such as API, MS SSMS, Postman, and similar
