What do you think about developing new games, betting platforms, sportsbooks? We have a great opportunity for you – to be involved in the world of video games as a Java developer.

We are looking for mid-senior level Java developers (m/f) for a global, extremely successful company, that specializes in game design, betting platforms, sportsbooks ... You will be joining one of the core development teams: 

Remote Gaming Server,  

Player engagement platform, 

iGaming Platform. 

What would be your key responsibilities? 

Development, optimization, and maintenance of web applications, new features, games, game servers ... (it depends on a team).  

Implementation of new functionalities for client's multichannel communication platform, based on specifications.

Implementation of back-end logic of team's products, distributed and scalable solutions. 

As a senior developer, you will be reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to your team members.

Working on Player engagement platform: 

Working on live events, ensuring real-time data analysis, and thus providing constant real-time feedback to players, the application architecture, proposing changes, solutions, etc.

Analyzing and helping define requirements, writing technical documentation, and actively participating in solution design.

Working on Remote Gaming Server:

Working on the development of servers needed for providing games to third-party's platform operators, supporting released games on the live platforms. 

Investigating and learning new updates.

Working on iGaming Platform:

Implementation of complex integrations. 

Maintain self-driven learning, researching, and suggesting new ways to improve the client's platform. 


Location: Ljubljana or Maribor, and the possibility to work remotely. You must have European citizenship (you will work in the CET timezone). 

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

At least 3 (mid-level); 5 (senior-level) years of developing experience in Java.

At least some experience with Spring and Git (commit). 

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum). 

Excellent knowledge of English. 

Bonus points if: 

You are familiar with relational databases. 

You are familiar with Gradle and Jenkins. 

You have experience in the implementation of distributed and scalable solutions. 

Specific for Player engagement platform team: you are familiar with Kafka.
