If you are eager to take an active role in driving the agenda and continually trying to find improvements both in the code and in the ways of working, HTEC is the right place for you. Your primary responsibility will be software design and development of robust .Net applications, as well as communication with clients with the aim of understanding their business requirements. You will have the chance of joining one of our many teams, on projects ranging from scalable social media services to large scale logistics enterprise applications. On our projects, we also often collaborate with our embedded department team to deliver complex IoT solutions.

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual contributor with a product mindset, strong communication skills and technical background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role you will be responsible for product strategy, value proposition design and product roadmap management throughout the life-cycle for one of our top clients.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years of product management experience in software development
- Deep understanding of the entire product-life cycle
- Ability to facilitate product discovery
- Ability to creatively craft solutions through data and customer centric approach
- Knowledge of: theory of innovation, customer jobs, design thinking, agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate customer problems & ideas into prioritized product roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical solutions, manage tradeoffs and evaluate new ideas with Engineering, Senior Management and Clients
- Experience using agile development
- Excellent ability to partner with Engineering, Product Design and Sales teams
- Superior command of the English language

NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in engineering or design role (eg. technical product management, product design, software development or similar)
- Have articulated and defined strong business cases and P&Ls with clear ROI
- Demonstrated track record of working with Fortune 500 or Series C, D+ funded scale-up
- Desire and recent strong track record to be a senior level individual contributor
- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to market

- Ship products with a high velocity that deliver impact to our clients
