We are looking for a diligent Technical Writer interested in sports and betting who would like to join our Managed Trading Services in Ljubljana/Slovenia.
As a technical writer, you will be evaluating and analysing sometimes complex technical information and translating it into easily digestible technical documentation, procedures, and manuals.

Managed Trading Services(MTS) is a holistic solution that enables bookmakers to future-proof their business. The MTS team comprise the company's Trading Unit as part of a 100+ strong team of industry-experienced personnel, supported by Betradar's own trading and risk technology. They are responsible for providing bookmaker and platform provider clients of all sizes across the world with all the tools required to differentiate from the competition, improve efficiency and increase profit margins, whilst future proofing their business and securing it from risk.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets organisational standards.
- Obtain a deep understanding of the product and internal services and translate complex technical information into simple and easily understandable content.
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts and compile technical specifications, process documentation and procedure manuals.
- Organise and maintain technical documentation section and library of the technical design specifications.
- Revise existing documentation repository and determine the best solution for keeping it up to date. Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

- 2-3 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer.
- Previous software development experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Experience creating visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
- Experience using tools to create technical documentation.
