What kind of team members are we looking for?
-Consistent and accurate QA Engineer, whose technical skills translate into well written and understood test cases and test plans that are aligned with the overall service architecture.
-A QA Engineer who conducts critical task reviews and is also able to prioritise tasks correctly and anticipates blockers, delays and costs before they escalate. This QA engineer should also be able to handle risks and change effectively.
-An employee who sees and understands the bigger picture and what the real business value of the feature they test is.
-A teammate who can deliver praise and constructive feedback to the team and other team members. A person who can communicate effectively and clearly in written and verbal form of communication, regarding technical and non-technical subjects.
-A colleague who is goal and team oriented and is willing to mentor the team members in an open, respectful, flexible and empathic manner.

Job responsibilities:
-Test APIs and other backend services
-Do stress/load testing of services
-Provide reports on system stability
-Define the test strategy
-Create test documentation (test plan, test cases etc.)
-Maintain the regression suite
-Report

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Required advanced knowledge of:
-5+ years of QA experience in software manual testing
-Experience with *nix environments (Linux monitoring, basic shell scripting)
-Experience with working with Docker/Kubernetes
-Experience with tools like Jira and Testrail
-Knowledge of software testing methodologies and web application frameworks
-Experience in the test documentation creation
-Analytical skills
-Management of Software Versioning Tools (GIT, Gitlab)
-Fluent in spoken and written communication in English language

Desired additional skills:
-3 + years of QA experience in testing backend applications
