To accomplish this, our QA Experts are responsible assuring the high quality of our products while keeping our development agile, by introducing smart test and automation methodologies. It is crucial for us that our experts know when to think outside the box and when not to reinvent the wheel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance, or software development and first experiences leading QA teams.

your responsibilities
- definition of test-plans and implementation of automated tests
- execution of E2E, integration and regression tests
- conception, design and implementation of load and performance tests
- definition and collection of quality KPIs and regular reporting
- coaching agile development teams achieving best possible quality
- evaluation and introduction of tools for automated testing
- close collaboration with the development teams

your skills
- Successfully completed education in Software Development
- 4+ years of professional experience in QA or related field (preferably with enterprise-level software)
- Solid understanding of Agile development processes
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. ISTQB) a plus
- Experience designing and implementing automated test suits (in Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
- Advanced skills in C#
- Good understanding of enterprise business processes and exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in English (verbally and in writing)

- Proactive, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Curious mindset with an urge to learn new skills, techniques, and tools
- Good Oracle Database know-how (PL/SQL, utPLSQL)
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Xray
- working proficiency in German
