We are expanding our team and we are searching for a Scrum Master, who has experience in agile working methods and SDLC processes.
We are offering full-time employment for an indefinite period, with 6 month trial period.

What kind of team member are we looking for?
-A reliable Scrum Master, who is able to estimate team delivery ability and plan sprint accordingly.
-An organised person, who excels in time management, meetings organisation and in meetings reports.
-A colleague who will coach the team about the agile practices and will also ensure that the scrum process is applied correctly.
-A teammate who can deliver praise and constructive feedback to the team and other team members. A person who can communicate effectively and clearly in written and verbal form of communication, regarding technical and non-technical subjects.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Required advanced knowledge of:
-Agile work methods; Scrum
-SDLC process (Software development)
-Technical background
-JIRA, Confluence
-Fluent in English language

Required skills:
-Time-management and organisational skills.
-Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
-Communication, facilitation and coaching skills.

Technologies and work methods that we use:
-Agile work methods (Scrum)
-Test Driven Development
