Od kandidatov zahtevamo

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Willingness to learn, sharing our passion for constant improvement
- Excellent knowledge of statically typed languages. Ideally Go, but we welcome any of them.
- If you have experience building complex business software only in dynamic languages, we'd still like to talk to you.
- Proven experience in database design and optimization
- Experience with complex business software and large codebases
- Experience working in monolithic and microservice environments
- Experience with AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
- Plus is speaking at meetups, blogging, mentoring
- Plus is previous startup experience

Kandidatom ponujamo

- Build advanced connectors to leading cloud services
- Build out our internal tooling to support Customer Success and Engineering
- Lead the technical direction of our platform, define it and execute on it
- Code, review other people's code, ensure code quality, be a good boy scout, etc..
- Teach and help junior/mid-level developers grow
