Product Manager -- brisan oglas

We're looking for a talented and driven product manager who will own (end to end) build of new products and new product features. He/she will need to ensure that:

There is a clear understanding and focus who are we serving
We focus on problems we are attempting to solve (creative automation for digital marketing)
We are providing the most enjoyable customer experience
Product manager will be an individual contributor who will be reporting to Head of Product Development and partner closely with Product development team (Engineering and Product Designers) and also with other teams across the company.

Responsibilities:
Driving a collaboration of the cross functional team responsible for delivering the products on the market (developers, designers, product marketeers, data analytics, champions from customer success,..)
Suggesting, selecting products and features and with clear understanding of
why we are doing them, and
how they contribute to the solutions and add value for the users and customers
Product discovery and validation including understanding of users personas, workflows, alternatives, substitutes
Defining the product
Selecting the approach and phases (MVP, iterations)
Planning roll-out, alpha and beta programs

Despite running in the browser, our product is an application, not a web page, and requires an app development mindset:
Understand that shipping a good feature today is better than shipping a perfect one a year from now
Balance new development and reuse of features developed over the past 10 years

Qualifications:
- A passion for customer focused product development and app development mindset
- Relevant experience in doing product management (formal title is not important)

defining products
delivering products to the market
pivoting
defining service models
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- This is not a visual design role, but we do expect a high degree of visual literacy in order to produce suitably impressive documentation and ideation materials
- Is comfortable working with ambiguity (drive and anticipate)
- Brings new perspective and experiences to the team
- Balanced pragmatic approach

new development vs. reuse of features
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Structured and therefore brings strong planning & organizational skills

Experience in building products that are used by designers (creative production, automation, authoring tools)
Experience in working in international/global environment
Technical (engineering) background
Experience in scalable SaaS products
Experience and understanding the ad-tech, mar-tech
