IT Engineer (various levels) -- brisan oglas

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated engineer to join our team to help enhance our IT challenges across the organization. In this role, you will be working with technology, legal and business facing teams to help shape and improve the operability of our systems and services.

Responsibilities:
Unified endpoint management setup, centralization and operations.
Access management.
Administration, integration and tracking of SaaS systems (configuration, access control, etc.) across the organization.
Work with local IT help team on escalations and projects across all Celtra offices.
Setup and standardize and streamline global IT systems and operations.
Support all IT compliance (SOC2, GDPR, Client Questionnaires, ...) activities related to IT.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Requirements:
Systematic, but also pragmatic attitude.
Good troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of IT problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with:
SSO systems & OAuth;
Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a team or independently.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.

What brings extra points:
Experience with complex enterprise systems a-la Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
Familiarity with G Suite administration.
Holistic understanding and knowledge of industry standard security regulations, policies, and procedures for information systems
Experience with documenting processes and procedures, IT audits and standards like SOC2 or ISO 27001.
