Opis delovnega mesta

Iščemo več sodelavcev za delo na notranjih in zunanjih projektih. Trenutni projekt je iz področja bettinga, kjer se pričakuje velik volumen transakcij, veliko uporabnikov. Sodelujemo z ekipami v različnih časovnih pasovih. Načeloma delo poteka v normalnih okvirih. Pričakuje se dobra angleščina.

This position is responsible for working with IT customers to understand detailed business needs, convert those business needs into IT solution requirements, participate in the functional design and/or configuration of the solution, and test that the solution meets the defined requirements.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

-Conducts business needs analysis and documents results as business requirements and proposed related business process changes.
-Converts business requirements into IT solution requirements.
-Where applicable, identifies and incorporates system configuration and/or integration requirements.
-Participates in the functional design and or configuration of the solution.
-Prepares detailed functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
-Provides expertise in process design and modelling.
-Participates in testing activities to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements and that new functionality and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
-Understands and applies appropriate methodologies and procedures (e.g., ASAP, Agile).


Education and Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
-Solid background (minimum 5+ years)
-Experience with leading software technology tools for developing business process models, workflow diagrams, test scripts, and other project related artifacts.
Experience in business process analysis/design.
-The successful candidate will have the ability to be well organized and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.
-Relevant business experience respective to the area of responsibility (i.e., Bet Exchange, Betting, Online Casino Betting, Sportbook Betting, etc.) is a big plus.
