Information Security Engineer -- brisan oglas

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated engineer to join our team to help enhance our security posture and IT challenges across the organization. In this role, you will be working with technology, legal and business facing teams to help shape and improve the security and operability of our systems and services.

Responsibilities

Access management. Employee provisioning and deprovisioning process and other IT activities related to HR processes.
Work with third-party security assessment vendors.
Support compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, client questionnaires, ...) activities.
Administration and tracking of SaaS systems (configuration, access control) across organization.
Help standardize and streamline global security and IT practices and company-wide security initiatives.
Help define and manage risks and incidents.
Setup and manage centralization of IT operations management of workstations and mobile phones.
Work with local IT help team on escalations and projects, such as managing and configuring office infrastructure (on site servers, video conferencing, etc.).

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

What do we expect?
Systematic, but also pragmatic attitude.
Understanding of cloud computing and security issues related to cloud environments.
Great troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of IT problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
Experience with complex enterprise systems a-la Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a team or independently with great efficiency.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.

Familiarity with:
SSO systems & OAuth
Mac OS X, Windows and Linux

What brings extra points?
Familiarity with G Suite administration.
Holistic understanding and knowledge of industry standard security regulations, policies, and procedures for information systems
Experience with documenting processes and procedures, IT audits and standards like SOC2 or ISO 27001.
Experience with responding to security investigations and incidents.
