We are seeking a support specialist to join our global Technical Support team. You will have the opportunity to support a great product and work with some really amazing people.

Responsibilities and goals you will own:
Be a Celtra CMP expert
Handle ticketing support for EMEA timezone
Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients’ questions and feedback
Troubleshoot and report issues in the platform. Work closely with the engineering team on prioritizing them and crafting alternative solutions or workarounds
Liaise with the Product team to be the voice of our clients
Understand the advertising ecosystem we operate in
Team up with the rest of the Technical Support team to maintain quality and increase the variety of services delivered

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Articulate, personable and reliable with excellent writing skills.
Experience in supporting software products or similar customer facing roles
Great problem-solving abilities
The ability to rapidly switch gears while retaining focus on the bigger picture
Basic understanding of web technologies
Passionate about technology and providing incredible experiences for our clients

Bonus skills:
Great sense of humor
Skills in any sport with a (large) ball, preferably basketball
