Our Creative Management Platform provides an end-to-end solution from dynamic creative design to ad serving to granular marketing campaign analytics providing brands a clear view of their efforts in a complex AdTech space.

Your work matters! What you might work on:
Benchmarking different big data / warehouse databases (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks Delta, Druid)
Meta analytics. We want to get in-depth insight into how analytics is used by people at Celtra and our customers so we can further optimize our code and better measure effect of code changes.
You might work on extending and improving our CI infrastructure to better handle high velocity of our codebase.
Improve automation of the whole analytics pipeline so it can automatically handle failures, retrying and all the other stuff that happens in distributed system.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

We expect:
Some programming skills, and understanding of what APIs are.
You are truly interested in how things work and are always willing to dig deeper.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Willingness to constantly learn and improve.
Team players.

A bit about the analytics stack:
Snowflake is our bread and butter, but you might also work with Mysql and S3
Kinesis, enabling us to be event-driven
Programming language of choice is Scala and some PHP
Distributed processing engine such as Apache Spark
AWS and its services are the backbone of our infrastructure
