We’re looking for you if your life is all about organizing and coordinating, you enjoy working on several things at once and you have a strong background in project management and being a fast learner being able to quickly understand and influence new environments. Ideally, you have a good understanding of product development process, compliance programs, you are a people person and you don’t mind working across different time zones.

As a Project Lead you will help us support existing project management activities as well as develop and establish new processes and best practices for shaping, planning and tracking projects. You will be joining a team that believes in the importance of open and proactive culture where everybody is expected to learn and contribute in ways outside their core assignments.

What you’ll do

You will be tracking projects, coordinating priorities and solving day to day bottlenecks and dependencies on a daily basis.
You will be managing stakeholders and act as a point of escalation.
You will be supporting engineering and product team with hands-on work and mentorship on scoping, planning and risk management.
You will be developing and maintaining processes, best practices, reports and templates.
You will drive continuous improvements during projects and insure insights are shared and integrated into future work through feedback and lessons learned process.
You will help setup, track and maintain IT compliance activities.
You will be a part of diverse, international team and will work from our office in Ljubljana.

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Who you are

You have strong background in IT project management and a good understanding of product development process.
You understand the importance and/or have experience with IT compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.).
You are a reliable person with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
You are good at building collaborative relationships.
You are self motivated and proactive with demonstrated planning and critical thinking skills.
You have the ability to handle stressful situations.
You are fluent written and spoken English - you will be using it every day.

Nice to haves:

Experience with people management.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environment and in close collaboration with engineering and product teams.
