Opis delovnega mesta

Identify technology needs for future products involving hardware, ASIC (not mandatory), Firmware, Communication (BLE, etc.), Electronics Packaging (Chip based and system based)
Work with the development team to create a roadmap for wearable based electronics.
Lead and manage multiple projects to identify candidate technology solutions, prototype and reduce technical risk.
Form, organize, plan and lead technical teams consisting of partners, outsourced consultants and development team members.
Manage schedules and milestones.
Interact with development and operations teams for technology transfer and integration into product development efforts.
Ensure consistency of approach for feasibility research

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Typically requires a B.S. or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering
Broad knowledge base of electronics systems for wearable technology. Including, hardware, Software, Firmware, RF Communication Protocols and Technology.
Strong interest and knowledge in cutting edge technology balanced with practical experience developing high volume, reliable products.
Organized and articulate communicator, engender collaborative working and cooperative attitudes.
Able to influence cross functionally, work with scientists, engineers, operations and development resources.
Ability to adapt and keep up with a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
Ability to deal with ambiguity/uncertainty and a willingness to try new/challenging things. Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills.
Experience in wearable technology is preferred.
