Visionect is currently looking for an experienced full stack developer. This means you've been around the block and have built some complete web apps in the past.
Ideally you've built complex Javascript apps (and you've heard of React, Underscore, Backbone, jQuery), all hooked up to some type of backend app (preferably Python, Golang, Node JS, but we won't hold your Java, Ruby, C# or PHP skills against you). You probably had to style this app, which means you at least know what CSS is, you've heard of responsive web design and you're no stranger to Bootstrap and the likes.

You'll develop using our stack, which consists of React on the front-end and Golang or Python on the backend. The work will revolve around the projects we do (see: Joan Meeting Room Assistant, e-paper bus stops in London, London bus destination shields) as well as around the Visionect Server (a part of our e-paper platform).

Tasks include:
- Front-end development (Javascript - React and some HTML + CSS)
- Back-end development (Python, Golang)
- Stability testing, debugging, preparing documentation

Od kandidatov zahtevamo

Required skills:
- Good Javascript skills
- Good Python and/or Golang skills
- Solid HTML and CSS skills (responsive web design)
- Understanding of web services and software architecture

Big plus if you have:
- UX skills and a feel for design
- React and NodeJS skills
- Proper NoSQL experience
- Embedded computing experience (Raspberry Pi 2 and similar)
- Experience with high performance web pages / large scale deployments
- Docker and DevOps experience
Don't worry: we understand that you're no unicorn and probably don't have experience in all of the above.

The position is open at our headquarters in Ljubljana. We're looking for candidates with 3 years of experience. The position is long-term with a probationary period of 6 months.
